"on the farm" Roast

Spice up your next meal with lean, boneless, easy to make and delicious roast. It’s perfect for your next special event or holiday.

 

EBF New York Roast. Tri-tip, or sirloin roast​​

4 garlic cloves, mashed​

2 tablespoon sea salt

2 rosemary sprigs, chopped

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon onion pepper

Combine garlic, sea salt, rosemary, pepper, and

onion powder in a small bowl.

 

Rub mixture all over the raw roast. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

 

Take marinated roast out of refrigerator an hour before cooking and let it come to room temperature.

 

Preheat oven or Traeger Grill to 450 degrees F.

 

Place roast on the broiler pan or directly on Traeger. Cook for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, turn heat down to 350 degrees F and bake until center reaches 140 Degrees F for medium rare. Let cooked roast rest for 20 minutes in a foil tent. Slice and serve!
