Premium Piedmontese Porterhouse steak from the local Moran Prairie. The Porterhouse steak is a hand cut to include two tasty steak cuts, the Tenderloin, and New York Strip Steak, with a thin T-shaped bone separating the two parts.

 

Each of our cuts is handled with care by our local butcher, Woods Meat Processing. We age and freeze each cut to result in a tender, flavorful, and juicy premium cut for you.
